The Committee on Banking and Insurance moves to amend the bill on Page 1, by striking the title of the bill in its entirety and inserting in lieu thereof a new title, to read as follows :

" A BILL to amend and reenact §5-16-13 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to clarifying that surviving spouses and dependents of a deceased public employee who was participating in a plan of the Public Employees Insurance Agency may only participate in comprehensive group health insurance coverage provided by the Public Employees Insurance Agency. "
